Change is always refreshing. And it is also necessary. At 160by2, we think it is a bit of both. Ever since we started, the growth rate has not only been for the website as a whole, but also for each of our users. Our users today have more friends in their contacts list than any time before. This made us thinking if we could provide a better way in which our users can manage their contacts list. Result – Our new contacts page.
Users who have logged in the past week would have noticed the new looking contacts page. And for those who have not, here is a screenshot of how the contacts page looked before and now

Here are a few critical changes that we have made in order to make the experience easier and better for you:
Groups Management: The old contacts page, we heard from you, was not helpful enough to send Group SMSes. Now, the new contacts page would let you easily check mark your friends who you would want to group together in just a couple of clicks. Adding and removing contacts from groups cannot get easier than this!
Contacts Management: Everything you need to do with a particular contact comes with just one click. Edit your contact’s Name, Mobile Number, update gender, add/delete from Groups – all in just one click. Isn’t that easy!!!
The whole page has been given a refreshing new feel which we think would be welcomed by most of our users. But should you dislike it, do let us know. After all, we always want to hear back from you about how we are doing.

We have an invite link at the top right of the page. Clicking on this link will show you the list of all your contacts who are not part of 160by2 and who, you have not invited before.
